Payment
- Our shop accepts credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discovery) via a secured shopping cart. We are required by law to collect sales tax for all orders shipped to Colorado addresses.
Shipping
- Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after they have been placed. Please note that our deodorant creams and herbal salves are made to order. Please allow one week for us to ship these out. Items are shipped via USPS first class, or priority mail depending upon weight and size of order. All items come with a tracking number which is included in the cost of shipping.
- Orders $100 and over receive free shipping. No code is needed at checkout.
- Currently we do not offer international shipping aside from Canada. You are responsible for any tariffs or import fees associated with your oder.
- In order to help conserve paper, your order will not come with a packing slip. Please contact us via email if you require one. Thank you.
Delays, Damage, or Loss
- We strive to carefully pack your order securely before shipping them out. Unfortunately, delays, damage and loss of parcels are a possibility during transit and in these events, we cannot be held responsible once orders are handed over to USPS. If a package is not delivered due to an incorrect address, purchaser is responsible for all costs resulting to reship the package.
Refunds
- Your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, we will offer a replacement or a shop credit for certain circumstances. Please send us an email at hello@remyandrosestudio.com with any concerns about your purchase so we can work something out.
Allergies & Sensitivity
- Please read all product descriptions (ingredients, scents, added textures & botanicals) before placing your order. If you have a history of sensitive skin, it is recommended to do a skin test prior to using. Remy & Rose is not responsible should any skin reactions occur. As always, if you are pregnant or nursing, please check with your doctor before using any products containing essential oils.
